In the north, visit historic Highfield – the start of agriculture and one of the earliest houses in northwest Tasmania. Down south, wander among the stalls of the makers, growers and producers at the popular Salamanca Market, before experiencing Tasmania’s rich convict heritage at Port Arthur.
