Emily Perkins
Hailing from Holbrook, in the Riverina Emily is a graduate of the University of Queensland, having spent a significant part of her career working for a major meat processing in their feedlot division. She now spreads her time amongst various projects including the Breed Development for Shorthorn Beef, implement HR and Strategy in the Early Childhood Education in Western NSW and some Feedlot Management Consulting.
She also is involved in her family’s beef cattle operation which in encompasses cow/calf production, grass and grain fed turnoff. Emily has travelled extensively throughout the world. She is also a fellow of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation.
